My Alvi Dynasty

Background Story

First off, this is not a challenge type of dynasty (I don't do challenges), but my own experiment with inbreeding/exploring the game's genetics. I started it several years back inspired by the royalty of Ancient Egypt. Naturally, I wanted to use my favorite Sims of all times who are VJ and Miraj Alvi, two premade basegame kids, from Sunset Valley.

I have loved to play the Alvi family of Sunset Valley for a decade or so. They are the poorest household starting out with only 600 Simoleons to their name. Teenaged VJ and his younger brother, Miraj, live with their total waste of a father, Iqbal, who is six days away from becoming an elder. I have so much sympathy for these poor kids. Even VJ, who has sadly lost his way.

Iqbal is a forgetful, lazy, and obese individual who does very little during his day beyond watching TV all day long and forgetting to go to work. VJ heavily dislikes him and blames him for their mother leaving them. But Miraj seems to hold his father in okay regard. I think he is too young to understand and is simply trying to keep things together which is no job for any kid.

VJ has a point, but somewhere inside he must be resentful towards their mother too. I mean, what kind of woman leaves her two kids at all? Especially an angel of a child like Miraj? And with a man like Iqbal? I figure she must have been evil like VJ, because it seems pretty cruel. She probably had commitment issues as well.
